Graou !

Leopard without vulgarity? Yes it is possible. Before changing completely to spring looks, I still wanted to show you an outfit with my coat bought on sale almost four times less than the normal retail price for 80% wool. A real bargain ! A cute detachable collar and it's slim fit makes it an easy favorite. Its color is also different for a garment that is often seen in black or blue, and for once the length suits me. Therefor it would have been criminal to let it catch dust on a hanger between unwanted clothes.

The color khaki makes an excellent transition to spring, not only because it was present in our our military uniforms but also because it is part of the spring trends that sign the return of Safari. So I chose this dress from Mango, belted and accompanied with leo details, another strong print that one can not ignore this year. Never really abandoned, leopard is more present than ever in the summer outfits. The perfect way to wear this print without burning yourself ? Make it an accessory. Here, I went for a printed scarf, worn as a headband, braided in the length of my hair to finish in a bun, a boho chic touch that will save any girl from heat during summer; and a pair of low boots purchased during my stay in Amsterdam, whose small heel avoids any confusion with vulgarity.

Chickenpox ! My look is not contagious, do not worry. I just chose to wear dots on almost all of my outfit: an allover declined on both, the front and back of these new leather rocker DNA boots, as well as large golden dots on these fancy tights and this shirt I've already showed you previously but it was almost hidden under a knitted black sweater.

To complete the ensemble, I choose this aviator cut with shearling perfecto everyone wanted a few seasons ago. On my eyes  I used lilac, violet and light brown eyeshadows but the make-up has not really been captured. The hairstyle is both casual and slightly sophisticated: a double french braid ending in a fishtail - a round bun would have been too much dont' you think ?

See you tomorrow for a new outfit ;)

Bun & braided waterfall crown

How a hairstyle can change a whole outfit. Neither romantic nor Heidy, this hair creation is sort of a hybrid between a bun and a braided waterfall crown that my friend Fiona dit to accompany my  relatively simple look, if there were not the faux fur vest and the mesh fine silvery sweater.

Besides, I do not know what went through my head the day I decided to buy this sweater whose bust is totally transparent ... really indecent even worn with a bra. Terefore I had to cheat by adding a black dress (which I also have in pink and khaki) under it, in order not to offend public morals by its unwearable but trendy transparency. Naked models and see-thru tops are catwalkfriendly and praised by many creators, however, in the street, it is quite another story.

I'm sure you also have a piece of clothing in your wardrobe that you are still wondering why you had a crush on it because it is impossible (or nearly so) to wear. Please, tell me, I can not throw stones :)
